Central Bucks High School East - _____ Locker Room Renovations

Godshall Kane was asked to redesign locker rooms, team rooms, support spaces and wrestling rooms at Central Bucks High School East. Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems were replaced and ADA improvements were made throughout. The project also included minor upgrades to the adjacent corridors and pool area.

The project was fast moving and required quick design and documentation to allow for procurement prior to the start of construction. The project was designed and documented in ten weeks. Bids were received $6,000 under budget. Renovation started while the building was occupied and required careful phasing throughout the four month construction process.
